Our mission is to provide personalised support that enables growth, learning and development, regardless of age or ability.

At MindSprout, we believe in providing the best possible support for our clients in the comfort of their own home, school or out in the community. Our team of highly-passionate support workers are dedicated to ensuring that each client receives the individualised attention they need to achieve their goals and live their best life!

Personalised service

We take pride in offering tailored solutions that suit your individual needs. We focus on understanding your requirements before matching you with a dedicated member of our team and we come to you!

It’s all about balance

We look at the big picture. We believe balance, well-being, goal-setting and good communication are essential ingredients for a happy, healthy life.

We believe that the best way to provide the highest level of support and assist clients to live their best life is by creating routine and consistency.

This is why we hand-pick staff who we feel will be the best fit for clients and book regular ongoing sessions so that clients can rely on having consistent staff who actually know them!

We keep it simple

We carefully select and screen our staff, then induct, train, insure and payroll them so that you don't need to.

Simple fortnightly invoicing means hassle-free payments and you can keep track of your budget.

While we're not a registered NDIS provider, many of our services can be claimed through Self or Plan Managed NDIS funds.

Strict worker screening

Every Support Worker hired by MindSprout is interviewed, qualifications verified, has had two glowing references and holds a valid Working With Children Check.

We don't hire anyone we wouldn't want supporting our own families!

Training

Every MindSprout worker is up-to-date with First Aid & CPR training.

They also complete online training modules through NDIS and Positive Partnerships.

MindSprout also pays for ongoing professional training and development with local Allied Health professionals.

Our Support Staff

We have a diverse team of Disability Support Workers who are passionate about what they do. In fact, most of them are studying in the areas of Allied Health, Social Work & Education which means that clients benefit from their support workers' ever-expanding knowledge as they study.

MindSprout provides ongoing training and development for all team members as well as peer mentoring. They continue to build their skills and knowledge for your benefit.

We work collaboratively with your existing supports including therapists, doctors, support co-ordinators and more to ensure a balanced and holistic approach.

"I can safely say that MindSprout support workers have become like family for us. There is a clear and passionate, genuine love for the work they do, which not only delights our children, but also inspires and encourages them to apply the learnings from therapy sessions and helps with things like accessing the community."
